We require an approximate area of 3m x 3m floor area for the Photo Booth, prop and printer table and for your guests to gather round in front of the Mirror. It must also be situated within 2-3metres of a standard electrical socket outlet. A solid surface will also be required, so if the event is in a marquee, suitable flooring must be provided.

We require a standard 13A power supply
How long does the Photo Booth take to set up?
We allow an hour to set up our Photo Booth and prop table - longer if you have asked for a bespoke backdrop and between 1 hour afterwards to dismantle. However it does depend where the Photo Booth is being placed in the venue. This set up and dismantle time is free of charge and is not included in the hire time for the Photo Booth.
Do you have Public liability insurance?
Yes we have Public liability insurance for up to 5 million. Our Photo Booth and all electrical equipment are PAT tested. We also have Risk Assessment and Method statements. These are all available upon request.
What if there are any technical problems or Swit Swooo are unable to attend?
We rarely have any technical problems that are not easily resolved on site. If this were to happen or we were unable to attend due to say vehicle breakdown, sickness, equipment failure and were unable to provide the Photo Booth, our liability is limited to the full refund of the original booking. This does not affect our insurance cover, nor our responsibilities under the statutory requirements.
Props and Backdrops
Do you provide backdrops?
We have a small selection of backdrops that can be used at your event if you require, or we can provide customised ones- please contact us for more information.
What kind of props are included?
We have a fantastic selection of props including vintage ones. We also have glasses, wigs, hats, feather boas and many more items. We always tailor our props to suit your event, as no two events are the same, keeping your photos unique.
Do we receive a copy of the photos?
Yes, after the event we send a USB stick of all the photos taken from the Photo Booth to you.
Can we customise our prints?
Yes, we can personalise your prints, by adding logo, message, and colour co-ordinate to your theme and event. We would require that you provide us with the artwork and/ or the message to be put on the prints.
What are the quality of the photos?
All our photos are printed on the lastest in Dye Sub printers. This makes certain all the prints are top quality, printed quickly and being waterproof and touch dry immediately.
How many photos can we take?
There are no limits to how many photos you and your guests wish to take during the hire period.
